I respect privacy, and I prefer plain English.

The quick version

I collect only the information needed to run this site, respond to people, review recommendations, and keep the content working. I do not sell personal information, and I do not add advertising trackers to this site.

What you choose to share

When you use my contact form, I receive the name, email address, organization, conversation topic, and message you provide. I use that information to understand your note and respond when a response makes sense.

Colleague recommendations

If you share an experience from working with me, I receive your name, email, role, organization, working relationship, and the words you submit. I may use your email to verify the note or ask a follow-up question. I review every recommendation before anything is published.

What happens automatically

Like most websites, the hosting service may process basic technical details needed to deliver pages and protect forms. I use validation, timing checks, trusted-origin checks, rate limits, and a privacy-preserving network hash to reduce spam and abuse.

My private Site Studio

My editing area uses signed identity checks and an Adam-only email allowlist. Authorization is checked on the server before an editing page or write action is allowed. Drafts, contact details, pending recommendations, and publishing tools are not public content.

Blog posts and uploaded images

I store article text, tags, publishing status, and approved images so Insights can work like a real blog. Published article content and its images are public. Draft content stays inside Site Studio.

Social links and outside websites

This site links to my Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X profiles. Those services have their own privacy practices. I add LinkedIn work manually. This site does not scrape social platforms, automate a social login, or request a social media password.

How long I keep information

I keep information only as long as it remains useful for the reason it was collected, for site security, or for a legitimate record of communication. I can correct or remove information you submitted when the request is appropriate and I can verify it came from you.
